The Sciemetric Press Monitoring System provides more than simple data acquisition - it dynamically controls the height of which a pulley is pressed onto a pump shaft. The system performs various tests with each part - including force and pulley height checks during assembly. The system will also detect a pulley that is deformed or not perpendicular to the pump shaft. All PASS/FAIL parameters are easily edited by authorized personnel through a password-protected entry screen. Data is stored in both SPC and individual press waveform formats.
