SCIEMETRIC INTRODUCES QUALITYWORX® VERSION 1.3
Sciemetric®, a global leader in Signature Analysis technology, is pleased to announce the release of QualityWorX® Version 1.3. This new QualityWorX® version provides assembly line engineers with an ability to maintain a versatile database of product quality information, including the complex waveforms captured by in-plant test systems when each item was tested. The system also provides management reporting and remote access facilities to help manage contamination situations, and assist user personnel in making response decisions. The traceability delivered by QualityWorX gives significant capability to Sciemetric customers to increase plant yields through managing and eliminating the root cause of product defects. The QualityWorX Base System provides the foundation of a QualityWorX birth history database, and now includes:
QualityWorX® System Monitoring Tool – a diagnostic tool that allows users to achieve advance warning of problems in data flow from test stands on the production floor, including a remote monitoring ability for enterprises with multiple locations.
QualityWorX® Archive Tool – a tool that gives users better performance through archiving records leading to a reduced database size.
In addition, QualityWorX Web Reporter is released today. It is a companion product for QualityWorX, a web-enabled application to allow remote users to access QualityWorX via a web server, as well as standard reports for:
1. Yield,
2. Repair Traffic, and
3. Product failure details
The QualityWorX® Product Quality Management System Base System Version 1.3 and QualityWorX Web Reporter are now available for customers.
