Whether it's minor modifications to an existing application or one that is fully customized to meet your specific needs, we can tailor our software to work with a variety of communications protocols, manage multiple parts and limit sets, collect waveforms to analyze for multiple features which can return pass/fail waveforms, and other pertinent test data.
On-Site Services
Integration, Commissioning and Run-off Support:
We deploy our applications specialists globally to debug, validate and fully integrate our test equipment on the integrator's shop floor, run-off at the integrator and at the plant, and launch support for start of production.
Emergency On-Site Services:
While on most occasions issues can be resolved over the telephone or via email, there are times when an unscheduled visit is required due to an emergency situation. Be assured we will make every attempt to accommodate these situations to minimize your downtime (See Customer Support options). Keep in mind that basic preventative maintenance, back-up procedures and a set of spare parts can alleviate most of these situations.
QualityWorX® Services
QualityWorX® Installation:
Working with your Information Technology group, we can fully deploy enterprise QualityWorX® solutions by providing assistance with server specifications and network requirements interfacing Repair Bay Managers to work with line logic and fully commission the system.
Custom Reports:
Sciemetric can rapidly develop and deploy custom reports using the data generated by QualityWorX®; thereby, eliminating tedious manual reports required by production and quality groups.
Training
Sciemetric offers a full suite of training products prepared and delivered by dedicated staff.
Training is geared to specific target audiences:
- Operator Training: This test stand specific course provides hands-on training to the opertors on how the test stand operates and handling errors
- Maintenance Training: Geared towards skilled trades, training covers all the necessary steps for troubleshooting and maintaining the test stands
- Engineering Training: The inner workings of the test stand including the basics of InspeXion®
