All Sciemetric equipment and services come with a warranty period (see your terms and conditions). In addition, Sciemetric offers a number of post warranty Customer Support options that can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

    • Customers having a support agreement receive reduced rates for unscheduled services and remote support.

    • With a support agreement, customers receive reduced rates for operator, maintenance, engineering and QualityWorX® training.
  • Download the Latest Software and Documentation
    • Support agreements will provide customers with web access to download software and documentation.


Post Warranty Options

Sciemetric offers three customer support options which can be purchased separately or together to meet your needs.

  • Support Agreement
    A selection of three packages (Bronze, Silver and Gold) are available for this plant or production line based agreement. Obtain support from applications engineers, after hours support, discounts on training, the latest in software and preferred rates for repairs and services.
  • Extended Hardware Warranty
    Budget your hardware repair costs by adding one or multiple pieces of hardware to a contract and any hardware repairs due to normal use on those pieces will be covered.
  • QualityWorX® Software Agreement
    Keep your QualityWorX® software at the latest revision level and be notified of any new enhancements.
