Sciemetric expands global services and support team

Expansion improves local support in UK, India, China

Ottawa, Canada - Sciemetric Instruments ( whose technology has been used by some of the world’s largest manufacturers to improve quality and manufacturing processes, today announced the expansion of their services and support teams. Many of Sciemetric’s customers are global organizations requiring in-process test expertise, installation services and support at all of their plant locations around the world.

The Global Installations Group has added commissioning engineers to the company’s operations in the UK and India as well as in China, where a strategic alliance with HG Tech provides additional engineering support. Sciemetric’s engineers provide installation, training, and technical support on Sciemetric’s test and process monitoring products.

Sciemetric has strengthened its post-project support team with the appointment of a senior manager to the new role of Customer Service Director. The Director has added an experienced Sciemetric applications engineer to his team for quick resolution of technical support issues and a dedicated help-desk customer service representative to manage support cases, product repairs and returns.
